Dr. Stefan Probst

Stephan Probst, born in 1961, studied law and commerce at the universities of Vienna and Salzburg and gained experience in business law at the legal department of Mannesmann and the Austrian oil multinational OMV. Probst has been a registered lawyer since 1993, has been a partner in NEUDORFER Rechtsanwälte since 1998 and has worked as a commercial mediator since 2002. Probst works in the fields of property law, property development, agriculture and forestry and association and society law with his team. He advises interest groups during the legislative process, as a member of diverse national specialist committees. Probst works with well-known agricultural and forestry companies in Austria and Germany, as well as banks, insurance companies, numerous charities, associations and industrial companies, and is a lecturer in these fields at universities and at industry events.
