ABA - Invest in Austria
ABA-Invest in Austria advises and informs international investors and corporations on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Labour.
ABA-Invest in Austria offers free-of-charge support to interested companies of any size and in any branch on all location-related questions, as well as providing information about the business location Austria. ABA-Invest in Austria has 25 staff in Vienna and provides support services in the U.S. and Japanese markets via its offices in New York and Tokyo.
In 2008, ABA-Invest in Austria was asked to carry out a special campaign on the research location Austria for the Ministry of Economy and Labour. The campaign focuses on managers, investors, researchers and research-oriented companies and is designed to raise awareness levels of Austria as a location for research and development.
communication matters created the PR concept for the campaign. In terms of contents, we have been concentrating on branch-specific strengths (clusters), Austrian research in ICT, life sciences and environmental technologies, as well as mobility and transport. We have built the campaign on media and multipliers (press releases, press trips, newsletters) and have been using existing networks to transport information on a personal basis.
