A social sculpture

OPERATION FIGURINI was an exhibition protect in residential areas and their communication centres – local markets. It combined every day culture with art and science, telling stories about Vienna and trying to create a social portrait, as well as create a new view of the city.

OPERATION FIGURINI was a symbol for an open, integrated, borderless, urban view of society, taking specific traditions and characteristics of the City of Vienna into consideration.
