Project Description:

People from many different cultures work in OMV E&P‘s global team. The main focus of the campaign was to incorporate these staff members into a collective CI process. The idea was to develop an OMV identity based on respectful recognition of all cultural differences. The employees were themselves the initiators of this process. A photo competition, a cook book, an inter-cultural travel guide and a design for the entrance to a bore-core archive were just some of the wide range of activities undertaken.

Jury Statement:

A highly complex and unusually large project in the field of internal communications, with great demands on communication, due to the international structure of the client. These demands were met in a highly competent manner because of the profound analysis of the starting situation and the strategy chosen, as well as the activities undertaken. The jury would also like to highlight the use of the heterogeneous company and staff structure, as well as the integration of all employees in particular. Finally, the sustainability and long-term nature of the project were also convincing factors and have been proven in an impressive way.
